Many metals, including zinc metal, can be recovered by cathodic reduction in an electrolysis cell, therefore, in this section, using DC direct current and the appropriate voltage between the plates, zinc metal is absorbed on the cathode, which causes the settling of the main solution Cation that The metal is zinc on the surface of aluminum cathodes.
These cathodes are taken out of the cell every 24 hours and the sheet is removed. At the end, the sheets produced in the casting unit are melted by the casting furnace at a certain temperature and molded using a conveyor belt and converted into 25 kg ingots and packed in 1 ton bundles and sent to the market.
